I just had the best experience with eastern tech that I thought I had to share. I got home late evening and I realized that my heating system is not working, a friend of mine recommended them to me and I immediately called, they were at my door pretty quick , and with patience they resolved the issue in less than 15minutes with a the best price. Totally recommend them, very satisfied with their service.

Esi, Nina and the entire staff was absolutely excellent. They worked quickly to obtain an old part due to an older furnace and restored our heat as quickly as possible given extremely low temperatures at this time of year.
